Meet the Team

After moving to Raleigh from Portsmouth (Pompey), England in 1994 with her two kids, Amanda kicked off her dental career in the States and has been a wonderful member of the Peace Street Dental team since 2007! She is now the proud grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren! When she's not at work, Amanda enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with her grandbabies.

Arionia, who goes by Ari, joined the Peace Street Team in 2022 as a dental assistant. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Ari recently moved to the Raleigh area to be near her mom, sister, and the world’s best nephew. Ari spends her free time taking care of her pup Luna, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and enjoying live music. As an aspiring dental hygienist, Ari is looking forward to a life-long career in the dental field to help create and maintain beautiful smiles.

A proud Gamecock from the "other" Carolina, Bethany moved to the Triangle a few years ago and now happily calls it home. Bethany focuses on creating an outstanding, welcoming patient experience and making Peace Street a great place to work for each team member. Outside of the office, you can find Bethany chasing her two boys around and training for triathlons.

Jen joined Peace Street Dental a few years ago and is thrilled to be part of such a great team! As a Raleigh native, Jen loves having the chance to live and work downtown and thoroughly enjoys meeting so many new patients at the practice. For Jen, it’s a pleasure to come into work every day and have the chance to help patients maintain and improve their dental health. In her spare time, Jen enjoys getting outdoors with friends and family members!

Meet Karl! He's a North Carolina native who has been living in Wake county since 2004. Since becoming a dental hygienist in 2008, Karl has loved being a part of Dr. Griffith's team. He genuinely enjoys working with individuals to help them achieve great dental health! When he's not in the office, Karl enjoys archery, most outdoor activities, and getting to spend time with his wife and two daughters.

Born in Ft. Thomas, KY, and raised in Sarasota, FL, Michael has been a proud Raleigh resident for the last 30 years! She's been a key part of the Peace Street Dental family for about 21 years and finds joy in creating the best appointment experience for all patients. When She's not booking your appointment, Michael spends time with her son, Andrew, and new puppy, Marty! Michael also enjoys the outdoors and getting together with friends to run and bike.

With over 20 years of experience as a dental assistant, Rhonda is well equipped to provide quality care for each of her patients! She has been a proud member of the Peace Street Dental team since 2005 and finds fulfillment by teaching patients the importance of strong oral health habits. When Rhonda isn't enhancing smiles, she spends time with her family and loves to root for her favorite team - GO HEELS!
